CADUG Upgrade - DotNetNuke v7.1.1

Minor DNN upgrade and some EasyDNNsuite updates

A minor DNN upgrade was performed today to keep the website current with the DNN updates. We went from v7.1.0 to v7.1.0 and again thanks to PowerDNN for the upgrade assistance. I continue to keep the website updated so the update went smoothly although we did have a couple of minor skin issues. I also updated the EasyDNNsolutions Suite today as well, keeping things updated and running smoothly.

EasyDNNnews v6.0

EasyDNNrotator v5.6

  • Nothing new mentioned on EasyDNNsolutions website - so must be fixes in general and no new features.

EasyDNNmailChimp v3.5

  • Nothing new mentioned on EasyDNNsolutions website - so must be fixes in general and no new features.

So we had a little trouble with the skin as I had made some modifications to the standard DNN gravity skin to support a social media pane in the top bar.  So I had to restore a couple of .ascx files, but good thing I had them saved so I could quickly get them in place.  Also in the BlogOne template for EasyDNNnews there is an extra ">" character around the author photo and author group photo that I needed to clean up again after updating that module.  Bottom line the update went smoothly and I just needed to make a couple of quick fixes to get everything back in working order.

If you are running an older version of DotNetNuke and you have upgrade questions / concerns please let us know how we can help you.

It appears that Pool-Carey is the pronounciation of the family name Pole-Carew, and that the "Polly of the watchmen" is a moniker of a General Sir Reginald Pole-Carew.

A module reserving begins off with a default esteem that is set by the system yet the estimation of a module can be abrogated by changing the digits in the settings segment for modules. At the point when diverse modules are produced, software engineers can once in a while confound the new module that they are creating with another.
